We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Procurement Analyst to enhance our procurement operations. This role is vital for ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products while upholding our commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement category strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Purchase Requisition Management: Process requisitions through our internal ERP system, focusing on maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) items.
  • Data Management: Regularly update and maintain relevant data within our ERP and document management systems.
  • Order Status Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about the status of purchase orders.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate agreements and supply contracts to achieve optimal cost and delivery timelines.
  • Supplier Coordination: Work closely with shipping agencies and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain the quality of goods received.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct periodic site visits and evaluations of supplier viability.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare reports on Key Performance Indicators and conduct relevant analyses.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams on projects aimed at cost savings and inventory optimization.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

This position is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to the shop floor where personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required. The role does not involve significant physical activity, but regular communication and data management are essential.

Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is mandatory. Candidates with a high school diploma and extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
