Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary:

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Client Sales Executive at Merlin Cyber focusing on Veeam Software. The Client Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, sales, account management, contract negotiation, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and sales of Veeam Software solutions to government agencies
  • Account management and contract negotiation
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Enterprise Software Sales and Account Management experience
  • Specific account expertise and knowledge of the Enterprise Backup Space
  • Experience in lead generation and customer service
  • Contract negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity industry and products
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
