Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team, specializing in school-based therapy services. This role is integral to supporting students' communication needs and enhancing their educational experience.

For Clinical Fellows:
- Work under the guidance of an ASHA certified supervisor, dedicated to helping you achieve your professional aspirations and enhance your clinical skills.

Compensation:
Hourly rates range from $54 to $70, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services in school environments.
- Maintain accurate and thorough electronic records for each session.
- Monitor and support students in achieving their IEP goals.
- Document services rendered in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct assessments and review existing data to evaluate student progress.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations related to speech therapy.

Qualifications:
For Clinical Fellows:
- Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
- Eligibility for TSSLD or TSHH certification.
- Must not be a current employee of the Department of Education, with exceptions for those who have been out for at least one year.

For Speech Language Pathologists:
- Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders.
- Valid New York State licensure in Speech and Language Pathology.
- TSHH or TSSLD certification required for preschool and school-age services.
- Must not be a current employee of the Department of Education, with exceptions for those who have been out for at least one year.
