Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director of Alumni Engagement to join our team at InsideHigherEd. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing reunion programming, serving as the alumni partner to six TU Colleges, and overseeing volunteer management of the TUAA Alumni Alliances and Towson University Student Foundation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement alumni engagement strategies to increase participation and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Vice President and Deans to support alumni outreach efforts.
  • Plan and execute alumni-focused homecoming programming.
  • Manage and supervise staff as determined.
  • Represent the University and the Office of Alumni Relations in various settings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and five or more years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of constituent relations, volunteer management, fundraising, donor relations, and event planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to communication, collaboration, and customer service.
