Account Security Analyst

We are a dedicated group of analysts committed to safeguarding our customers' accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple real-time work queues and out-of-queue monitoring tasks, making independent and precise decisions regarding high-risk behaviors across Expedia Group accounts and supply partners.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance standards related to productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Utilize basic query language functionality to modify, troubleshoot, and execute database queries across various reporting tools.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at identifying enhancements in tools and processes.
  • Provide feedback on critical issues affecting team workflow, including bugs, data gaps, and technical challenges.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the account and supplier risk landscape.
  • Address and resolve inbound customer and partner escalations.
  • Propose modifications to policies and procedures that improve team effectiveness.
  • May be required to assist with business continuity emergencies as directed by leadership.
  • Support additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in eCommerce risk environments is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with SQL (QueryBook) is preferred; understanding data mining tools is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High degree of self-motivation and a commitment to personal and team improvement.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple assignments while working independently.
  • Enjoy working as part of a creative, adaptable team in a dynamic area of the company.
  • Attention to detail is crucial, along with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
