Job Title: Software Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge software solutions built on ServiceNow's products and platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams of developers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain coding best practices as part of an integrated agile team.
  • Create code review standards for software engineers to identify defects and suggest solutions.
  • Direct team in development of unit tests for regression and refactoring.
  • Periodically diagnose and resolve application issues reported from production.
  • Serve as the development lead for agile sprint efforts managing applicability and functionality of requirements identified for implementation.
Requirements:
  • Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience.
  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow's platform, modules, and architecture.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Glide API, server-side scripting, data imports, and data exports.
  • Familiarity with tools like Bravium Best Practice Engine, WebStorm, Browsers debuggers, and/or Splunk.
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Expertise in setting up and configuring data integration between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging ServiceNow Integration Hub, Integration Broker, and REST APIs.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or comparable/equivalent qualifications.
