Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development team's activities, guiding them through the software development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical leadership, project management, and facilitate communication between team members and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain coding best practices as part of an integrated agile team to consistently build features and functionality that meet the needs and priorities of the customer.
  • Direct team in development of unit tests for regression and refactoring, and periodically diagnose and resolve application issues reported from production.
  • Manage applicability and functionality of requirements identified for implementation, and serve as the development lead for agile sprint efforts.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a technical field, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, and at least 10 years of hands-on experience in work similar to that being supervised
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow's platform, modules, and architecture, and proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Glide API, server-side scripting, data imports, and data exports
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of developers, set priorities, manage risks, define scope, manage timelines, communicate progress and issues
