About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Betten Baker Chevrolet Buick GMC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach and greet customers, offering assistance and direction as needed.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle, asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Describe optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Build strong rapport with customers and perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Requirements
  • Previous dealership experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing.
  • Have quality customer service skills.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
