Key Duties:
  • Welcome, engage, and provide guidance to any client entering the retail space or sales area.
  • Assist clients in choosing a product by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their feedback.
  • Clarify product features, uses, and advantages to potential buyers.
  • Detail all optional accessories available for client acquisition.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional, and informed presentations and demonstrations of new/used products.
  • Learn to address objections, finalize sales, and execute all other phases of the sales process in line with company protocols.
  • Report to the Sales Supervisor regarding goals, planned initiatives, evaluations, and assessments.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous
  • Bilingual abilities are beneficial
  • Comfortable with performance-based compensation
  • Energetic and enthusiastic throughout the sales day
  • Personable with a welcoming demeanor, particularly when addressing objections and negotiating prices
  • Exhibit excellent customer service capabilities
  • Possess strong verbal communication skills
  • Must hold a valid and clean driver's license
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening prior to employment.
