About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Registered Nurse to join our team at Hope Network. As a key member of our Crisis Residential Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with local hospitals, mobile crisis stabilization units, and community mental health agencies to coordinate ongoing care and recovery.
  • Conduct initial comprehensive assessments and oversee the initiation, administration, and monitoring of medications.
  • Support psychiatric prescribers during evaluations and facilitate evidence-based disease management groups and individual recovery sessions.
