Behavioral Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Support Specialist to join our team at Time Wellness. This individual will provide essential support to clients in our residential setting, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide patient-centered care, demonstrating kindness and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Follow established infection control guidelines to maintain a healthy environment for clients and staff.
- Document client behavior, medication administration, and other relevant information as needed.
- Participate in daily/weekly structure development and implementation for community housing clients.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with TIME staff and consumers.
- Report personal symptoms of suspected illness or contagious diseases to the director.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of behavioral health principles.
