The Opportunity

As a Senior AI Engineer at Atomic AI, you'll drive our mission by combining expertise in MLOps with broader AI engineering skills. You'll work on streamlining model development, deployment, and monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our biotech workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead MLOps initiatives to optimize model development, deployment, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into biotech workflows
  • Design and implement MLOps pipelines
  • Experience with MLOps observability tools and principles
  • Solid understanding of deep learning architectures and their applications
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / SWE roles
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Proven track record in AWS cloud infrastructure, especially for ML applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Bazel build system
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, particularly Pulumi and Terraform
  • Familiarity with PyTorch and JAX
  • Knowledge of experiment tracking tools like Weights and Biases
  • Background in bioinformatics or computational biology
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $190,000/year to $220,000/year, plus equity and benefits.
