Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Professional Nurse to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support our mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to improve clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
  • Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NALS, PALS, etc.) are unit specific.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Evidence of lifelong learning by attendance at classes, workshops, etc. to improve Clinical Systems performance and enhance nursing knowledge base.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree preferred.
  • National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
  • Proficient use of Horizon Clinicals Applications.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
