Clinical Systems Specialist

Northside Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Registered Professional Nurse to join our team in the Acute Medical/Surgical Unit. As a Clinical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
Responsibilities- Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NALS, PALS, etc.) are unit specific.
- Basic computer skills.
- Evidence of lifelong learning by attendance at classes, workshops, etc. to improve Clinical Systems performance and enhance nursing knowledge base.
- BSN degree preferred.
- National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
- Proficient use of Horizon Clinicals Applications.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
