Job Summary

The Rockridge Group is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our risk management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk management programs to mitigate potential losses and ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with insurance brokers, third-party administrators, and finance leadership to design and implement global insurance and risk management programs.
  • Track and analyze claims data, direct investigations, and monitor reserves to ensure accurate and timely claims resolution.
  • Benchmark TPA adjuster performance to ensure high-quality claims handling.
  • Compile and maintain data and files for claims in litigation for discovery purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Safety and Operations Manager to triage serious incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and maintain metrics for claims by type, cause, frequency, and severity to identify trends and communicate them to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TPA claim's adjusters, outside legal counsel, and internal business partners.
  • Pursue subrogation/recovery from third parties to minimize losses.
  • Assist in reviewing business contracts to ensure compliance with established corporate guidelines.
  • Oversee the issuance of certificates of insurance and auto insurance identification cards.
  • Obtain and maintain surety bonds, files, and process payments.
  • Participate in the development and execution of risk management processes, including identifying and analyzing exposures to loss, researching mitigation strategies through insurance products.
  • Prepare annual insurance and risk management overview for executive management.
  • Conduct invoice audits for accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of insurance experience within a broker, insurer, or risk management department.
  • Understanding of risk management, insurance, and contractual liability concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
