- Install, set up, and calibrate audio and video systems, including projectors, speakers, microphones, cameras, and video conferencing solutions.
- Conduct site assessments to identify the best locations for AV equipment.
- Verify that all devices are connected and functioning properly before events.
Operational Duties:
- Manage and operate AV systems during events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AV technology during live functions to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and clients to ascertain their AV requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
- Maintain a daily task list of priorities.
