Caretenders is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse with our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Services: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and execute individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity of patient care.
- Coordinate Patient Care: Work with other healthcare professionals to achieve and maintain optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure Patient Safety: Regularly evaluate and re-evaluate patient needs, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Current RN Licensure: Possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Kentucky.
- CPR Certification: Hold current CPR certification.
- Reliable Transportation: Have access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
