Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Communications Associate to enhance our communication efforts at Consulting Advantage Ltd. This role is essential in shaping and implementing communication strategies that effectively represent our brand and engage our stakeholders.

As a Communications Associate, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing initiatives that resonate with our audience and align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with various departments to produce engaging content and maintain a unified message across all platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the formulation and implementation of communication strategies, including media outreach, public relations, internal messaging, and digital content creation.
  • Draft, revise, and disseminate diverse content types, such as press releases, newsletters, blog entries, social media posts, and website material.
  • Oversee and enhance the organization’s social media channels, including content planning, engagement monitoring, and responding to audience inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events, webinars, and campaigns that highlight our mission and engage our audience.
  • Conduct research to identify and assess communication trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all communication efforts.
  • Help maintain media contacts and foster relationships with journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the impact of communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
