Job Title: Builder Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive homebuilder business growth.
  • Manage relationships with homebuilders, including front-line to executive-level employees.
  • Research the market, identify target homebuilders, and present our product effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, code changes, and best practices.
  • Implement new builder programs, including product training and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the Residential Sales Department and branch staff to manage homebuilder relationships.
  • Prepare sales and activity reports, and develop strategies to achieve goals.
  • Review installation quality and accurately report activities in our sales tracking database.

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be able to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Must understand sales and marketing principles and industry terminology.
