Salesforce Administrator

Pathway Homes is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to support our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a strong focus on building flows, creating reports, and managing permissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data management.
  • Design and implement Salesforce flows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various departments.
  • Ensure proper access controls are in place, managing roles, profiles, and permissions to protect sensitive data.
  • Administer and integrate other applications such as DocuSign, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
  • Provide support and training to Salesforce users, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of Salesforce processes, configurations, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proficiency in building Salesforce flows and creating custom reports.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Experience with Salesforce data management, including data imports and exports.
  • Familiarity with integrating and administering applications such as DocuSign.
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
