Perioperative Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Short Stay PRN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and education in the peri-operative setting.
- Participate in unit-based Quality Improvement processes to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Support and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patient care.
- Serve as a patient and family advocate, protecting confidential information and promoting patient autonomy.
- Plan and implement patient care and teaching based on a comprehensive assessment and the patient's age.
- Evaluate and document patient response, seeking ways to control costs without compromising patient safety or quality of care.
- Follow established guidelines for reporting significant medical errors or unanticipated outcomes.
