Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary
To deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide high-quality beverages in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires the ability to work with industrial cappuccino machines, prepare custom drinks, and provide stellar service to patients, employees, and customers.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages, whole bean products, and food items consistently, adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and equipment.
- Assist customers with beverage and retail sales, operating cash registers and credit card machines.
- Clean and maintain coffee machines, preparation areas, and gift shops.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, responding to customer needs and concerns.
- Assist in directing team members and supervisor duties in the absence of the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Call center experience.
- Service Now experience.
- MyChart Patient Portal experience.
