KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently manage appointment scheduling to achieve daily targets.
  • Coordinate appointments tailored to meet client preferences.
  • Process monetary transactions accurately using a POS system.
  • Facilitate loaner agreements and conduct visual inspections for clients borrowing vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the transportation coordinator to ensure guest services are provided.
  • Assist in moving vehicles and driving client shuttles as needed.
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years in customer service or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Valid California driver's license.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and data entry capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is highly preferred.
