Job Summary

The Regional Clinical Training Specialist will provide hands-on and remote post-sale product training on digital imaging products to customers in a clinical setting. This role will also involve training on imaging software and related technology, as well as serving as a source for training escalations within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products
  • Report and maintain documentation on completed trainings
  • Review and follow-up on completed surveys within their territory to ensure clinical training meets stakeholder needs
  • Investigate and resolve clinical training issues within their territory
  • Partner with internal and external teams to assist customers with their clinical needs
  • Attend tradeshow and educational events in their territory for clinical representation and assistance
  • Obtain certification on supported products and recertification as necessary
  • Manage priorities and timelines well and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and key experts
  • Travel up to 75% as dictated by business needs

Requirements

  • 2-year associate's degree or equivalent certifications and/or licenses
  • 3+ years of hands-on clinical dental experience with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position
  • Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of training experience within a clinical setting
  • Proven experience utilizing dental imaging equipment, including digital intraoral scanners
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced knowledge of radiology and Microsoft Dynamics
