Your Role:

As a Senior Accountant specializing in Revenue, you will play a pivotal role in managing the accounting processes related to revenue transactions. This includes overseeing reconciliations, journal entries, exception monitoring, data integrity, and reporting disclosures. You will collaborate with international accounting teams to ensure seamless month-end close processes and audit support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate month-end closing activities.
  • Conduct fluctuation analysis and ensure accurate recording of balances in our general ledger and financial statements.
  • Support the preparation of key reporting disclosures and regulatory submissions.
  • Review new deals to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards, including ASC 606.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation in reporting.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting requirements to partners and validate accuracy for product launches.
  • Assist with SOX compliance, audits, and tax obligations.
  • Engage in special accounting analyses and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Big 4 experience and CPA designation preferred.

  • Passion for process improvement and automation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Additional Information:

This position offers eligibility for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates. Circle is dedicated to creating an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. Compensation is determined by various factors, including experience and qualifications.

Base Pay Range: $102,500 - $137,500

Annual Bonus Target:

Equity and Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Circle offers a discretionary vacation policy along with paid sick leave and holidays.
