About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Representative to join our team at CareNow urgent care. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in patients in a timely manner, ensuring all Web Check-in procedures are followed.
  • Answer phone calls to the clinic and provide information or refer questions to others as needed.
  • Verify insurance timely and accurately.
  • Ensure occupational clients' preference cards are followed and occupational procedures are completed.
  • Review all patient paperwork to ensure completeness and collect necessary insurance/demographic information.
  • Complete the Daily Balance Checklist after each shift, including all forms of payment and documentation.
Requirements
  • 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
  • Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple computer programs.
