Job Summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Westminster, Colorado.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with autism and their families. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in our mission to enhance the lives of these children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the highest standards of the profession
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
  • Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
Qualifications
  • Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
  • Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
  • Ability to work on a team
