Data Management and Quality Control:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting quality checks, verifying data, and identifying potential issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project status is communicated.
  • Develop and implement data audits to validate information and prevent discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of data.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subject matter experts.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Reporting and Process Improvement:

  • Develop and deliver ad-hoc reports to meet business needs.
  • Design and implement automated reports using Cognos.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation projects.
  • Develop and maintain process documents.

System Maintenance and Enhancement:

  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide guidance to team members.
  • Support upgrades, system enhancements, data migration, and testing for HR Systems.
  • Review and fix feed errors from various systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in HRIS.
  • 5-7 years of progressive HRIS experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with numbers.
  • Highly organized and able to collaborate with cross-functional groups.
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust work schedule according to business needs.
  • Assertive and able to communicate with people from all levels in the organization.
  • Meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-oriented.
