Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support all IT activities within the region, providing leadership and direction to a team of technicians.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to develop and maintain operational processes and manage resources to meet Service Level Agreements and budget objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical and non-technical personnel, including lower-level managers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
  • Participate in interview processes, contribute to hiring decisions, and establish training and operational processes to ensure adequate human resources.
  • Submit regular reports on daily operations, refresh efforts, and project management, and deliver or oversee training to maintain adequate human resources.
  • Approve travel requests, coordinate with government officials, and serve as the Alternate POC to address regional customer concerns.
  • Track productivity, onboard new employees, and enforce compliance standards for both the customer and ManTech.
  • Set goals and evaluate employee performance, providing direct and indirect feedback to subcontractors as required.
  • Provide close communication and collaboration with customers, senior leaders, and other ManTech management personnel.

Requirements:

  • Five years of experience delivering IT services, primarily hardware.
  • Able to support travel as needed to support operational objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interface with customers and explain complex technical topics.
  • Must have a 8570 Level II certification, such as Security+ CE.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Seven years of hands-on hardware deployment experience supporting network, end-user, conference room, and other IT services.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
