Job Title: Regional Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to oversee the operations of our HiBlend Health Bar and Cafe locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of two locations, ensuring seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of restaurant staff to meet business objectives.
- Organize and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage inventory, estimate food and beverage costs, and make purchasing decisions to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with chefs to develop menus that meet customer preferences and business objectives.
- Prepare and submit operations reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in managing restaurant staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with experience in inventory management and financial analysis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with 3 years of restaurant experience and 2 years of management experience.
