About the Role

Catholic Charities of Central Colorado, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Income and Relief Services to lead our Income and Relief Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding our department in delivering vital resources to our community, including navigation support, rent and emergency financial assistance, computer access, digital literacy, and partner agency care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Management
    • Develop and implement effective programs and services to meet the needs of our clients.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the Income and Relief Services department.
    • Ensure high-quality service delivery and develop effective screening and reporting tools.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide leadership and guidance to staff and volunteers.
    • Supervise and support staff, including individual and group meetings.
    • Communicate expectations and provide guidance on achieving expectations.
  • Financial and Resource Management
    • Manage departmental budgets and financial resources.
    • Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor financial reports.
    • Provide effective means of reporting, monitoring services, and maintaining appropriate records.
  • Community Partnerships and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and agencies.
    • Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services, such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Health, Behavioral Health, or equivalent degree/experience.
    • Five years' experience in human services, behavioral health, or health/human services administration.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Expertise in systems focused on service needs of homeless and/or low-income populations.
    • Understanding of how social determinants of health affect the challenges and opportunities that clients may face.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
