Job Description:
As a Structural Inspection Specialist, you will perform inspections for various structural elements, including CMU, cast-in-place concrete, reinforcement steel, shoring/re-shoring, post-tension cable, and precast. This role requires you to be comfortable working at different heights and in inclement weather. You will also perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Requirements:
Five years of construction experience, two years of post-tension experience, threshold inspection experience, and a valid driver's license are required. A State of Florida Standard Building Inspector (BN) License is also necessary. Commercial building and post-tension experience are preferred, as well as experience with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in 1&2 Family Residential settings.
