Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy, including marketing efforts and application processes.
  • Utilize a technical platform for managing applications, ranking candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Training:

  • Collaborate with the Youth Ambassador Manager to create engaging training content.
  • Conduct regular virtual training sessions and coordinate in-person training both domestically and internationally.

Program Management in Japan:

  • Oversee logistical arrangements for Youth Ambassadors, including transportation, meals, and accommodation.
  • Monitor budget and expenses, ensuring financial accountability.
  • Manage scheduling of assignments, shifts, and cultural activities.
  • Conduct ongoing program evaluations and address any behavioral or mental health issues.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Maintain regular communication with the USA Pavilion and Expo staff.
  • Provide updates and reports on program activities and needs to SCI.
  • Facilitate wellness checks and coordinate with relevant authorities as necessary.

Post-Program Activities:

  • Organize follow-up meetings, debriefings, and impact assessments.
  • Document lessons learned and maintain connections with the Youth Ambassador team.
