About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Assistant Manager to join our team at Maxeon. As a key member of our Treasury department, you will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on all aspects of banking and cash management across a multi-entity, multi-currency organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the business maintains sufficient liquidity and supports global cash management activities
  • Prepare funds transfer requests and monitor banking transactions
  • Provide operational support in all daily Treasury-related activities
  • Support the onboarding of new banks, ensure opening, maintenance, monitoring, and closing of bank accounts
  • Oversee internal controls/SOX audits
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash position reports
  • Analyze monthly intercompany loan reporting for the group
  • Review, develop, and automate existing operational procedures to support overall company policies and objectives
  • Assist with the implementation of new banking structure and other projects as needed
  • Assist in relationships with US banks and financial institutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant Treasury or finance experience, preferably in an MNC or bank
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge of Treasury System and Treasury accounting will be an asset. Our TMS is INTEGRITY application from FIS
  • Further professional qualification would be a plus
