Your Key Objectives
  • Implement evidence-based practices to promote life skills and independence among individuals.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, personal care, and household management.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless support and communication.
  • Document progress and outcomes, using data to inform future support plans.
