Daily Management, Inc. operates Vacation Village Resorts, a premier property management company specializing in Timeshare Resorts and Hotels. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional comfort and a wide array of amenities to our guests. As we expand, we are in search of dedicated Full-Time Front Desk Agents.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The primary responsibility of this role is to assist guests with their check-in and check-out processes while ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Front Desk Agents are expected to greet all guests upon their arrival and remain attentive to their needs throughout their stay. This role also involves answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide assistance to guests, addressing any concerns or challenges in a professional and timely manner.
  • Facilitate guest check-ins and offer additional services as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A High School diploma or equivalent educational background is required. Candidates should possess one to three months of relevant experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: Candidates must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines, operational instructions, and procedural manuals. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficiency in Internet software and word processing applications is necessary for success in this role.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not mandatory. A self-motivated attitude is highly valued.
