Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the VP Nike Digital. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the VP Nike Digital, including calendar management, travel arrangements, event coordination, and document production;
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency;
  • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide data analysis and insights as required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Experience working with budgets and financial data;
  • Previous experience in a similar role at Nike is an asset.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
