Position Overview
As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage all facets of payroll processing. This includes executing employee payments, ensuring adherence to tax regulations, and maintaining precise payroll documentation. You will collaborate closely with our HR and finance departments to guarantee timely and accurate payroll execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process payroll for all employees in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.

- Address payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports for management review.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a comparable role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll procedures, laws, and regulations.

- Capability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
