Job Summary
As a key member of the Premier Logitech team, the Production Team Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and leading the work of employees on the production team, while maintaining a focus on safety and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure continuous product flow in areas of responsibility, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet production demands.
  • Collaborate with management to evaluate and improve production processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Prepare and submit production reports as required, providing accurate and timely data to inform business decisions.
  • Provide training and support to designated personnel, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Meet daily production goals, working closely with management to set and achieve targets.
  • Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss production performance, goals, and challenges.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of personnel on the production line, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Report any workplace issues or concerns to management, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a production environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows and Office applications.
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a focus on business, operations, or a related field.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, with frequent movement and lifting of objects.
  • Fine motor skills, with the ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
  • Excellent vision, with the ability to read and interpret production data and reports.
  • Ability to lift up to [insert weight limit] pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects.
