Production Team Lead

As a key member of the Premier Logitech team, the Production Team Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and leading the work of employees on the production team, while maintaining a focus on safety and security procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous product flow in areas of responsibility, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet production demands.
- Collaborate with management to evaluate and improve production processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Prepare and submit production reports as required, providing accurate and timely data to inform business decisions.
- Provide training and support to designated personnel, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Meet daily production goals, working closely with management to set and achieve targets.
- Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss production performance, goals, and challenges.
- Contribute to the evaluation and development of personnel on the production line, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Report any workplace issues or concerns to management, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a production environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows and Office applications.
- High school degree or equivalent, with a focus on business, operations, or a related field.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, with frequent movement and lifting of objects.
- Fine motor skills, with the ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
- Excellent vision, with the ability to read and interpret production data and reports.
