We are expanding our operations and seeking a proficient Operations Manager to oversee our production team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our printing and production workflows (DTG, Embroidery, non-apparel) function reliably and efficiently to satisfy our customer demands.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee Warehouse and Fulfillment operations, including personnel management, workflow optimization, and output to achieve production KPIs regarding speed, quality, cost efficiency, and team morale.
  • Lead a workforce of up to 150 production employees, including support teams and supervisors.
  • Develop front-line supervisors and team leads to effectively manage smaller groups.
  • Ensure the facility maintains a safe and conducive work environment for all employees and equipment.
  • Set, communicate, and monitor production goals, adjusting resources as necessary and providing analytics on production performance.
  • Create work schedules, assignments, and overtime plans to meet daily and weekly production targets.
  • Manage production flow by ensuring timely processing of late, stuck, damaged, and priority items.
  • Identify inefficiencies in production processes and implement improvements and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective training to address staff and equipment challenges.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure consistent stock availability and manage the incoming inventory inspection process.
  • Supervise the Equipment Maintenance Tech Team to ensure adherence to preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to guarantee proper equipment upkeep and prompt repairs.
  • Maintain production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and visual aids for departmental processes.
Qualifications we seek:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production operations.
  • Proven experience managing a production facility team or equivalent experience.
  • Experience overseeing production processes in a rapidly growing organization.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma quality systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of shipping, purchasing, and inventory management.
