We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Canton, GA. As a Home Health Infusion RN, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and travel within the area to meet patients' needs.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires 3 years of RN experience and 24/7 accountability. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient assessments, nursing interventions, pump refills, dose adjustments, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the needs of patients with implanted intrathecal drug delivery devices through comprehensive patient assessments and nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with the prescribing physician, patient, and caregivers as needed.
  • Maintain patient records in compliance with state, HIPAA, and TJC requirements.
  • Actively participate in Shared Governance and integrate evidence-based research into your practice.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and the ability to become licensed in another state if needed.
  • 3 years of RN experience and 24/7 accountability.
  • Demonstrate the skill and ability required for completion of Intrathecal Nurse Fellowship Orientation program.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ICU/ER/OR and/or home care experience.
  • Solid understanding of chronic pain/rehab principles.
  • BSN.
What We Offer

Pentec Health provides a comprehensive compensation and full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO, paid holidays, disability, and life insurance. The estimated full-time base annual salary is $80,000-$85,000, based on qualifications and skills for the role plus geographic location.
