The ideal candidate will have a master or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, and experience working with CMI clients and substance abuse treatment is preferred.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $72,310 to $93,579 based on experience, a sign-on bonus of $10,000, and annual incentive opportunities up to $20,000. Additionally, we provide student loan repayment and tuition assistance, as well as generous benefits such as two healthcare options, PTO, and 401k with immediate vesting.
