Key Responsibilities:
  • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evaluations of clients with substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health disorders.
  • Clinical Services: Provide evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and other relevant modalities, to address substance abuse and related issues in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Crisis Intervention: Address and manage crises, such as substance withdrawal symptoms, relapse prevention, and emotional distress, providing immediate support and intervention as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
