**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at American Senior Communities in New Castle.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience.
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a registered occupational therapist to provide high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities
- Providing therapy services to patients in various settings
- Mentoring new staff members through our 9-month mentorship program
