Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and meet patients' goals and needs through personalized care plans.
  • Provide PT-assigned services under the supervision of a licensed PT, promoting cost-effective treatments that improve clients' motion and mobility.
  • Reduce medication reliance and offer alternatives to surgery through evidence-based interventions.
  • Develop tailored fitness- and wellness-oriented programs to address patients' unique needs.
  • Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally and promote healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Requirements:
  • TX PTA Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Professional Liability Insurance
  • Experience in Home Health or Rehab settings preferred
  • Excellent multi-disciplinary collaboration skills for effective patient care
  • Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant with current knowledge of treatment practices
  • Friendly and professional demeanor when explaining procedures and treatments
