Position Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to become a vital part of our nursing staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal and nursing care in alignment with each resident's care plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in receiving and reporting resident updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Deliver personal and nursing care in accordance with established care plans.
  • Respond to resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Assist residents in preparing for various activities both within the facility and in the community.
  • Ensure that all care provided is respectful and dignified.
  • Perform basic nursing procedures as required.
  • Oversee residents' food service needs, ensuring timely and compassionate delivery.
  • Document activities of daily living and maintain accurate resident records.
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Engage in ongoing training and educational opportunities to maintain certification and improve care quality.
