About the Role
Forest Hills Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) for PRN positions. The pay range is $19.00 - $22.75 per hour.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

Key Responsibilities
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), your duties will include:
1. Participating in and receiving resident reports at the beginning and end of shifts.
2. Providing personal and nursing care in accordance with the resident care plan.
3. Facilitating and conducting resident activities.
4. Monitoring and responding to resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
5. Maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
6. Assisting residents in preparing for various activities.
7. Ensuring all resident care is delivered with dignity and respect.
8. Performing basic nursing care procedures as required.
9. Creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents and ensuring their needs are met.
10. Timely and compassionate food service for residents.
11. Maintaining documentation records for daily living activities and resident-specific forms.
