We are seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our nursing team. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing personal and nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal and nursing care to residents, including receiving resident reports and conducting activities.
  • Respond to resident requests respectfully and maintain a clean environment.
  • Assist residents in various activities and ensure dignified resident care.
  • Perform nursing procedures and create a safe environment for residents.
  • Meet resident's food service needs and maintain documentation records.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, and attend training programs as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter one.
  • Prior healthcare experience desirable.
  • Pass state test within 120 days of employment.
  • Prior experience in independent decision making.
