Link Media Outdoor, a leading Out of Home media company, is seeking a Real Estate Manager to drive business growth in the Kansas City, MO market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, with expertise in securing and maximizing existing inventory, purchasing land or permanent easements, and maximizing lease renewals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Securing and maximizing existing inventory
  • Purchasing land or permanent easements underneath existing structures
  • Maximizing lease renewals through rent reductions, removing escalations, and extending terms
  • Performing quarterly analysis of underperforming assets and determining appropriate steps to make profitable or remove
  • Maintaining maximum visibility of faces through diligent vegetation management

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
