About the Role:

The Ticket & Retail Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with ferry passengers to facilitate ticket sales while ensuring a high standard of customer service. This position is crucial as it represents the first point of contact for guests and helps maintain the cleanliness and accessibility of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and promote the company's core values and standards.
  • Prioritize safety by actively participating in safety protocols and monitoring passenger safety.
  • Conduct ticket sales and manage cash transactions accurately.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of ticketing areas and facilities.
  • Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking, providing information and support as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Handle financial transactions responsibly, including balancing cash drawers and preparing reports.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
